We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontiune the service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modifications, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
We try to be accurate as reasonably possible in our descriptions of products through the site. However, our products may vary slightly from their pictures due to the organic nature of each stone and handmade item. The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life as much as possible.
We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Minor variations in measurement are not consider a defect. If you believe you have received a defective item, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and a photograph of the defect. All defective items are to reach us within 14days from received date for orders made in Singapore, or 30days for international orders. Items must be unworn, unaltered and in original packaging. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.
We delivery worldwide. However, there may be restriction on certain international destinations. We will contact you and refund your order in the unlikely even that we are unable to ship to your country. Shipping fees paid during checkout do not include import duties and taxes. Your parcel may be subjected to custom inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulation. Please note that we have no control over these charges and it may not be possible to predict such amount.
