Returns & Exchange

 

Azen Jewelry do not allow change of mind returns due to sales of custom order/alteration/made-to-order pieces. If you have received any damage/defect items from us, kindly inform us by dropping us an email at contact@azenjewelry.com within 7days of receiving your order and we are gladly to repair or do a 1-to-1 exchange for you.

 

Exchange Policy

We will provide exchange only if the item delivered to you is incorrect or defective. If you have purchased the wrong ring size (We would recommend you to check on your ring size by referring to our ring chart here before purchasing), please contact us first by dropping us an email and we will assist you further.

  • We do not accept request for exchange due to reason of unsuitability
  • We are unable to accept exchange for earrings due to hygiene purpose
  • Exchanges must be done/notified to us within 14 days of delivery
  • Postage charges incurred when you return your item back for exchange will be liable by you
  • Sale items are final and cannot be exchange/return
